THE WRITING PROCCESS

This is, essentially, the way my writing process works. Each story, whether be series or stand alone, are done in stages: Concept, World-Building, Outlining, Rough Draft, Polishing, and Publishing.

 

Concept is the first few ideas for a story, the bare bones of inspiration. World-Building is taking the concepts to the next level and fleshing those bones out with some meat to them and getting a story out of it all. Outlining is self-explanatory, I outline the story and get it to where I am satisfied with it. Rough Draft, the first written version of the story that is not all that neat but gets the words down on paper! Polishing is the fun part, going through the story with my beta-readers, making more drafts and getting it to that final draft stage. And finally Publishing, where I get the cover done, format the interior, write the back synopsis, and get people hyped for the official release!

Each stage has it's own percentage value, and will be the way I will account for progress. Upon official publication, the progress bar with either be removed or replaced with another writing project.
